Hi Bill

Have been an admirer of your work since The Tune, and took some time to Google you.

Whilst catching-up on some of your site content I noticed that the page banner navigation mouse-overs on some of your Scrapbook pages were not working (alhough the links appear to connect ok) On mouse-over you get the missing image place-holder icon. Thought you should know (if known about already my apologies). Looking forward to your next project.

Cheers

Mr. Bill Plympton,

I was a student of animation going to CAL arts, when I was struck by a speeding car, while riding my skateboard. Thus, ending my career in animation.
I now live in Canby. I would like to suppport your work by going to see your new film.
I heard you on the radio this morning, but was too late to catch the details.
Your soonest reponse is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
John

Hi Bill,
I met you 2 years ago at the MD Film festival (May 2004) and happy to see your work continues to get rave reviews!! The Kanye West video was totally awesome! Made me cry!

You met my son, Daran (age 12 at the time) at the festival and looked at his work and told me that he was "one of us" ( I guess you meant you- "animators"). If you get a chance, please look at his site and let him know if he is still on the right animated path. www.ixintro.com.
Thank you so much,
Susan Carlin

I've watched "I married a strange person" 3 years ago and "Hair high" last. Many people in France think your movies are just bad taste, something between horror and pornographic. For me they're so poetic.

Just watched your movie Hair High yesterday at the Tampere film festival. Awesome stuff. Gotta admit some people just are a little jinxed. Ae'. I was very much entertained by the music composed by Hank Bones, wonder if there is a soundtrack coming out or perhaps on the DVD coming out there would be some space for Bones too. Unless it disturps your ego, off course...

And thanks for the scetch!

Discovered you existed through a collection on Atom Films. Wondered if you were related to George Plympton, Brahmin and Boston Literary Critic, founder of the Paris Review. Found your site and noted there is a French connection. Am still wondering about George Plympton... but certain that, whatever the relationship, the animation talent is your own and well deserved. Film and animation are definitely the new idiom.
